Taking a hint of the past and bringing it up-to-date, the Shannon Leather Match Antique Brown Chair by Shankar offers up a 'slipper chair' design that historically was used in the bedroom to assist ladies in getting dressed. With short legs and an armless design they would provide lots of space for petticoats and inflated skirts. While we don't wear these any more the chair still offers a lot of practicality.
