Payment

Is my payment safe?

Yes, both methods of payment through Home Furniture Range - PayPal and Sagepay - are internationally recognised, secure payment gateways possessing the highest level of security. We understand that ordering online can sometimes feel like a risk, but this means that your information will never be disclosed, and you can shop with peace of mind.

How can I make payment?

Payment can be made online through either Sagepay or PayPal. If you would prefer to place your order over the phone then please call us on 01905 888780


Product Enquiries

Can you tell me if an item is in stock?

Whilst our site indicates whether a product is in stock or not, our stock levels change daily. If you would like to make sure that a product is in stock before you order, please feel free to ask us via the chat box in the corner of your screen, or by giving us a call.

I have seen a product cheaper elsewhere, can you price match? 

We monitor our prices daily to ensure that you are getting the best value for your money. On the rare occassion that you've seen an item cheaper elsewhere, we will be more than happy to try and match that price for you.

Can you advise on how to care for my furniture?

We recommend that you treat hardwood furniture with a furniture wax polish which is suited to the wood shade. This creates a long lasting protective seal and prevents any drying or splitting of the wood. For certain products there are unique care instructions, which will be included in your order. 


Order Cancellation & Returns  

Can I cancel my order before delivery? 

Yes. As long as the item has not been dispatched then you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched then you can also receive a full refund minus the cost of getting the item back to us. Please inform us before refusing delivery. 

Can I return unwanted or wrongly ordered items?

Yes, if products are returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item. In this circumstance we will collect the unwanted item from you, however this will incur a charge which will be deducted from your refund. Typically this cost is £40 but this can vary depending on the size of your item and your postcode. Please be assured that we do not make any money from this collection charge. 

For all Coach Furniture items there is also a restocking fee for unwanted/ wrongly ordered items, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

What if my items arive damaged or defective?

In the case that your item is damaged and you want to return it, we will collect this from you and issue you a full refund or replacement as per your requests. In order for us to process this, we ask that you contact us with details and images of the damage within 3 days of receiving your item. Products must be returned in their original packaging, so please ensure that you retain the packaging in its original condition. Please be aware that the items remain your responsibility until the item is collected by us.

Items of furniture that are made to order, such as Skovby and KT Furniture products, cannot be returned. We are also unable to accept returns of mattresses for hygiene reasons.

Evaluation of Faulty Goods

Some products such as our 'rustic range’ are purposely distressed and made to contain wood fillers, knots, wood splits, staples and distress marks. This is to create a ‘lived in’ appearance to the items and are considered essential to the traditional charm of handcrafted hardwood furniture.

All product dimensions as specified by us are approximate, as all products are crafted by hand we cannot guarantee that there will not be slight differences in the size of our items.

Our reclaimed furniture items are all one of a kind, meaning that their finish can vary slightly.
